While we do have pieces in stock, most of our pieces are made to order. Production time usually takes between 2-3 weeks. Please allow at least 3 weeks to for your order to be shipped. If you would like your order expedited, please email firstname.lastname@example.org.
Our white and champagne diamonds are 100% conflict-free. The diamonds come from sources that are full participants in the Kimberley Process Certification System. Conflict-free options for black diamonds will be available soon.
Engraving is available on most rings. Character length and text style is determined by the ring's size and width. Please note, all engraved its,s are non-returnable. For further information on engraving options and cost, please email us at email@example.com
Since all pieces are made to order, production time will be approximately two weeks from the time you place your order. You will receive confirmation that your order has been received as well as tracking number once it has shipped. Tracking numbers will not be valid until 6pm EST on the day you receive a shipping notification and all packages require a signature confirmation. Someone must be present to sign for your package.
Should you or a designated person not be available to sign for your package upon delivery, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as possible.
For orders placed within the United States, standard shipping will be via UPS Ground insured service with signature confirmation (transit time 2-5 business days), and costs $20. For international orders, standard shipping will be via FedEx International (transit time varies according to destination). International shipping costs $80.
All international packages are subjected to customs and duties once your order is delivered. Blanca Monros Gomez jewelry is not responsible for those costs.
For expedited shipping or alternative shipping method, please contact us at email@example.com before placing the order. Please note that a signature will be required for the delivery of your package.
All Blanca Monros Gomez jewelry is made to order after we receive your transaction through our online store. For this reason, all sales are final.
In the case that a piece arrives damaged or defective, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 48 hours of receipt, and we will arrange for return shipping and repair of the item without a fee. Please do not return your item until you receive prior confirmation from us.
We will repair any Blanca Monros Gomez jewelry piece purchased through the online store. Products purchased through our retailers must be returned to the retailer to process the repair.
We stand behind the quality material and workmanship of our jewelry and are happy to provide repairs due to breakage or damage for one year from the date of purchase, free of charge. After one year, repairs will incur a charge.
