All Blanca Monros Gomez jewelry is made to order after we receive your transaction through our online store. For this reason, all sales are final.
In the case that a piece arrives damaged or defective, please contact us at email@example.com within 48 hours of receipt, and we will arrange for return shipping and repair of the item without a fee. Please do not return your item until you receive prior confirmation from us.
We will repair any Blanca Monros Gomez jewelry piece purchased through the online store. Products purchased through our retailers must be returned to the retailer to process the repair.
We stand behind the quality material and workmanship of our jewelry and are happy to provide repairs due to breakage or damage for one year from the date of purchase, free of charge. After one year, repairs will incur a charge.
For resizing inquiries, please contact us directly. We do our best to accommodate repair requests, but based on stones or designs, not all rings can be resized. For details and a quote, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with specific information about your request.
Since all pieces are made to order, please keep in mind that production time will be of about two weeks from the time you place your order. You will receive confirmation that your order has been received as well as a tracking number once it has shipped
For U.S. orders, standard shipping will be via UPS Ground insured service with signature confirmation (transit time 2-5 business days), and costs $25. For international orders, standard shipping will be via FedEx International (transit time varies according to destination).
