Shipping

Since all pieces are made to order, production time will be approximately two weeks from the time you place your order. You will receive confirmation that your order has been received as well as tracking number once it has shipped. Tracking numbers will not be valid until 6pm EST on the day you receive a shipping notification and all packages require a signature confirmation. Someone must be present to sign for your package. 

Should you or a designated person not be available to sign for your package upon delivery, please contact info@blancamonrosgomez.com as soon as possible. 

For orders placed within the United States, standard shipping will be via UPS ground insured service with signature confirmation, and costs between $20 - $100 depending on your location and the value of your order. UPS 2nd day and Next Day service are also available for a higher cost. For international orders, standard shipping will be via UPS International (transit time 3-5 business days, $90). All international packages are subjected to customs and duties once your order is delivered. Blanca Monros Gomez jewelry is not responsible for those costs.

Return Policy

All sales are final.  Blanca Monros Gomez jewelry is made to order after we receive your transaction through our online store. All sales are final, we do not offer returns on any of our items. 

In the case that a piece arrives damaged or defective, please contact us at info@blancamonrosgomez.com within 48 hours of receipt, and we will arrange for return shipping and repair of the item without a fee.  We do not process returns on any shipped items.

Please do not send any items back to us for repairs until you receive prior confirmation from us.
